Review - Lip Cream Wardah VS Emina

Apparently, this is my first time posting a review, so this is basically what i feel about the products. This review is 100% based on my opinion, and the result of the products might be difference on you, because each person has a different skin type, skin tones, lip colors, and many other factors.

So lately, because Lip Cream is really hype, i am interested to buy and try this things. I've been using this 2 products of lip cream for past 2 or 3 weeks, and i just love both. I've been thinking of making a review one by one, but since i think a comparison might be good for helping you to choose one of this products, then i making this comparison (YEY!)

As the title told you, i will review about "Wardah Exclusive Matte Lip Cream" and "Emina Creamatte" which i just know, that they are from the same company which is PT. Paragon and this product is an Indonesian brand. Without further ado, let's check it out!

Wardah Exclusive Matte Lip Cream No. 11 - Oh So Nude

Wardah Exclusive Matte Lip Cream has 12 shades. The shade that I'm going to reviewed now is in number 11 - Oh So nude.  The packaging is taller then Emina and look 'exclusive' because it look like glass, but actually it's a plastic, so don't worry it might be cracked or broken. The applicator is quite long and the brush is soft, so it's really nice to use.

I think the color is quite pretty, it's really nude on my skin tones, really pigmented, and doesn't make me look pale. The texture of the products is creamy, and it takes a little time to be set to matte. It doesn't make you feel like wearing a lip cream, which is really nice, except the fact that it's quite dry, because when it's set to matte, it does dry your lips, but for me it still a normal dry since it's a matte lip cream.

The smell is nice and really not bothering me, and this product is transfer proof. It does long lasting, it's stay like 6 - 7 hours on my lips, I'm still drinking and having a snack, but it does stay. I use it while eating "Nasi Padang" (Indonesian food which is oily), it does fade a little bit, but there is still on my lips.

I bought it on Watson for 59.000 rupiahs. Really affordable, and i would say that this is a really recommended product.

Emina Creamatte No. 2 - Fuzzy Wuzzy

Now, let's continue to the Emina Creamatte which i believe is a combination of the words cream and matte. It has 7 shades, and because the target of Emina is youth, they do have a cheerful color. But since I'm searching for a nude lipstick, i am choosing the softest color amongst all number, which is number 2 - Fuzzy Wuzzy. This product come up with cute packaging, which is smaller then Wardah, but the volume is much more than Wardah. While the volume of Wardah is only 4 gram, Emina Creamatte volume is 5,5gram, which is 1,5 gram more than Wardah.

The packaging is made of plastic too, so you don't need to be afraid if it's fall. The applicator is smaller, but the brush is particularly the same with Wardah.

The color is more pink than Wardah, and it doesn't really suite my skin tones :( But on a certain make up look, it does feel okay. And it's really pigmented, i think more pigmented then Wardah. The consistency is creamier, which is nice because it's not as dry as Wardah, but take a longer time to set to matte.

It does a little bit transfer when i kiss the back of my hand, but i think it's reasonable because it's creamier though. The smell is just the same as Wardah. Maybe it's because they come from a same company. Quite long lasting, but not as long as Wardah. I think it stays on my lips like 3-4 hours with drinking and having a snack.

I bought it on Watson for 45.000 rupiahs, more affordable then Wardah. I recommend this one to the one who's searching for a cheaper and cheerful color rather then nude.

From 1 - 10, i will rate this product at 7.So sorry Emina, but Wardah wins my heart.

Comparison Wardah & Emina

 As you can see, Wardah's colour is softer then Emina. It looks quite nude on me, and i really love it, while emina look more pink. But for some reason, if you see it only at a glance, it looks quite similar.

For what i know, Wardah is easier to find rather then emina. When i go to the Watsons and Guardian, i could find Wardah in both counter, but i only found Emina on Watsons. I went to Lotte Mart near my house though, but still, i couldn't find Emina. The shades of Wardah is more variative, they have a nude to bold colors. But the texture of Emina is more friendly to lips.

Personally, i will choose Wardah Exclusive Matte Lip Cream because it's easier to find, super pigmented, and it feels really light on my lips, i will not regret to bought this product again. But actually both is a good quality product and it's really worth to try.
